What is email deliverability?
It is whether your emails reach the inbox instead of spam. It depends on technical setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), your sending reputation, list quality and content.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
SPF lists who may send email for your domain, DKIM signs each message so it cannot be faked, and DMARC tells mailbox providers what to do when those checks fail and sends you reports.

How long does a fix take?
Many DNS fixes take a few days including testing. DMARC reports are reviewed for two to four weeks before moving to a stricter policy.

What do you need for the free check?
Your sending domain and the platform you send from, for example Shopify, Klaviyo or Mailchimp. We only read public DNS records, so we do not need any login.
Will this guarantee inbox placement?
No. Correct authentication is necessary, but placement also depends on your sending history, list quality, content and how recipients react. We fix what can be fixed and tell you what is outside our control.
How is pricing set?
You get a fixed written quote after the free check. The starting prices above change with the number of domains, platforms and automations involved.
Do you work in my time zone?
We are based in Malaysia and arrange calls during US business hours. Most of the work is done asynchronously with written updates.
Do you need access to my accounts?
For fixes, we need limited access to your DNS host and email platform. You can add us as a user and remove us when the job is done.
